The open plan living space at this Porthtowan cottage houses a fitted kitchen, a dining area benefiting from unspoilt seascapes, and a sitting area complete with a comforting woodburner, the perfect place to warm up after a day seeking the sights of the dramatic Cornish coast. The ground floor offers a bedroom with children's bunks and a shower room, whilst on the first floor of this Porthtowan cottage is a double bedroom with an en-suite, and fine views over the beach. Porthtowan Beach is popular with surfers, and lifeguarded during the summer season, plus it also offers safe bathing for families. Bordered by striking cliffs, the dramatic walks along the South West Coast Path towards St Agnes or Portreath are not to be missed. The cathedral city of Truro, with its eclectic offering of art galleries, bars, restaurants and other fantastic amenities including the Hall for Cornwall, and the Royal Cornwall Museum, make it a year round attraction, whilst Land's End, St Ives and Penzance are other superb coastal destinations within easy reach, waiting to be discovered. A fantastic, quirky cottage beside the sea, perfect for couples, small families and lovers of beach life.

Porthtowan is a small village settled in west Cornwall's beautiful coast, and is renowned for its Blue Flag beach, which at low tide exposes almost a mile and a half of fine, golden sands.
