Experience - The Area...
Set right in the heart of the picturesque coastal village of St Mawes, this light and stylish apartment on the top floor of a renovated Victorian house with delightful views across the Fal Estuary as far as Pendennis Point.
A short drive leads from the narrow coastal road that serves the village, around to a parking space for one small car at the rear of the house. There is a good collection of pubs and restaurants plus local shops all within a few minutes walk of St Mawes as is a selection of small south facing beaches with a sailing club.
A regular passenger ferry service operates to Falmouth, and another which crosses the Percuil River to St Anthony runs in the summer months. The 15th Century St Mawes Castle standing in a sub tropical garden is close at hand and there are also lovely waterside paths following the banks of the estuary which eventually reach the picturesque church at St Just in Roseland.
Stay - The Accommodation...Entered by a shared front door at ground level, a carpeted stairway leads up to the front door of the apartment on the second floor, opening to a long hallway.
The beautifully presented accommodation comprises of a spacious, dual aspect sitting room with comfortable lounge seating, sea views from two long windows and French doors which open to a small railed balcony providing a birds eye view.
There is a fully fitted, kitchen / dining room on the seaward side with fine views from a cushioned window seat and the master bedroom has a small balcony enjoying water views, a 6ft double bed and en-suite shower room W.C. with hand basin.
A twin bedded room at the rear of the apartment and a bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath completes this delightful accommodation.

Spent New Year at Bessborough. Cosy, convenient for village pubs and shops. Best of all, you get a VIP view of St Mawes brilliant New Years Eve fireworks display from the comfort of your own balcony.

Comfortable, warm and well equipped. Ideally situated for walking into the village. The views from all the sea facing windows are absolutely stunning.
