About this property

Garden cottage is situated in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty and historical interest within easy reach of the coast and sandy beaches. Approached along a quiet unmade lane with just three other cottages it sits in a peaceful setting with its own private garden and parking within the grounds of the owners home.

With lovely walks and historical sites on the doorstep, the cottage offers a comfortable base from which to explore the West Penwith peninsula's beautiful landscapes, wildlife and industrial heritage.

All on one level, the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is light and bright, with exposed roof trusses and oak floors, looks out on to the garden. The shower room is spacious and modern, and a useful utility/boot room, is handy for wiping down muddy paws! The sunny super king-size double bedroom has glazed doors to the enclosed, gravelled seating area, and there is a further large lawned garden to enjoy.

St Just is the nearest town to Land’s End and is situated approximately eight miles west of Penzance. The town itself is an ancient settlement that has a strong mining history and there are several monuments and prehistoric antiquities to visit. St Just is ideally located for visitors to explore the far west of Cornwall as it is situated on the edge of the moors and close to the beautiful north coast.

The cottage was perfect very clean and comfortable it had everything we needed. There was a lovely welcome basket and treats for our dog too. It is so nice to go somewhere that is dog friendly yet still at a high standard it makes a big difference.
