Beautifully finished ground floor apartment in a glorious Cornish village
Within Seaton Beach Apartments is Mermaids, a two bedroom apartment located just a couple of hundred yards from the beautiful sands and glistening sea. Professional interior designers were tasked with creating a property that gave a homely feel, while giving a clear message that this is a property you can switch off and relax in, and the results speak for themselves. The bedrooms have been well appointed and offer a glorious sanctuary to rest up in between your Cornish adventures.
Spacious and well furnished, the living and dining room has two comfortable sofas where you can enjoy a quiet evening recalling your action packed day. From there you have direct access to the large terrace and decking area, overlooking the sea where you can take advantage of the supplied barbeque if it’s just too nice to be sitting inside, and if you can’t bring yourself to cook then other great places to spend an evening are The Smugglers Inn, or the bistro wine bar, and the best bit is they're only a short stroll down the road!
The village of Seaton is found on the south coast of Cornwall, and is in a wonderful location to discover the huge array of traditional seaside experiences such as a day soaking up the sun on the gorgeous south facing Seaton beach, or crabbing in the plentiful rock pools and it’s also a popular spot to fish from throughout the year, not forgetting the excellent childrens adventure play area. For those wishing to further explore locally, the South West Coastal Path runs within a couple of hundred yards of the apartment. Two miles away, the Wild Futures Monkey Sanctuary is a fantastic day out for all the family.
In the village itself, there is a bistro and beach café right on your doorstep, and with a number of wrecks sunk just off the coast, there is the opportunity for keen divers to explore the fantastic marine life that the local waters have to offer. For the keen golfer, there are challenging courses at Looe and Whitsand Bay if you just can’t resist.

We have recently stayed in Mermaids Seaton, taking our young French Bulldog Harry on his first holiday! We were very impressed with the location and decor of the apartment and will definitely book again. It was equipped with everything we needed and to a very high standard which was lovely! We had a great week and were fairly lucky with the weather despite it being November. Came back home fully relaxed with one very exhausted dog! We would definitely recommend to our friends and we might even take our adult children along next time. Thank you for a great stay!

Really enjoyed our recent stay at Mermaids, in Seaton. Apartment is very well equipped, and made for a very comfortable stay. The underfloor heating kept us cosy, as the weather was awful. Perfect location for us, the two minute walk to the beach with the dog was a joy. Seaton worked well for us, we ate at Waves one evening which was excellent, mostly we ate at the Copley Arms, as we had friends staying near there. Food was excellent. Would definitely recommend Mermaids and look forward to staying again.
