Just yards from the beach at Watergate Bay are Tregurrian Villas, a small group of purpose built holiday homes located on the B3276 coast road between Newquay and Padstow.

Watergate Bay is the proud Cornish home of Jamie Oliver's Fifteen restaurant and the prestigious Watergate Bay Hotel with selection of differing eating venues to suit all tastes. The newly opened bar 'Watchful Mary's' overlooks the beach and is a terrific setting to watch the sun go down with a glass of something sparkling.

Mawgan Porth with pub, selection of small shops and eateries is just a couple of miles further up the coast road with the bustling seaside town of Newquay and its world class surfing beaches only 3 miles away.

These stylish reverse layout properties have two bedrooms comprising of a double and twin on the ground floor as well as an additional double sofa bed to the living room upstairs.

Each property has a good sized living room with separate, well equipped kitchen/diner and family shower room WC with a further additional WC for your added comfort.

Tregurrian Villas are efficiently centrally heated.

Each villa comes with its own reserved parking space for one car. Additional parking is available by using the public pay and display car park in Watergate Bay.
