The Hay Loft in Cornwall offers a cosy and comfortable stay, with many guests praising its central location for exploring attractions. The property is appreciated for its cleanliness, comfortable beds, and personal touches like cream teas and flowers. While some guests encountered issues with maintenance and facilities, the overall experience is seen as positive, with many enjoying the rural setting and returning for multiple stays.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviews are mixed regarding cleanliness. Some guests found the property to be very clean, while others reported dust and maintenance issues. The presence of both positive and negative comments leads to a score above average.

The location is frequently praised for being central and convenient for visiting Cornwall's attractions. The rural setting is also appreciated for its peace and quiet, contributing to a high score.

Guests generally find the property comfortable, mentioning good beds and a cosy atmosphere. However, some concerns about steep stairs and suitability for young children slightly lower the score.

Facilities are well-regarded, with mentions of well-equipped kitchens and good showers. However, issues with Wi-Fi, heating, and maintenance tasks not being addressed in a timely manner affect the score.

Many guests mention the thoughtful touches like cream teas, flowers, and dog biscuits, which contribute to a welcoming experience. However, as these gifts are not guaranteed for every stay, the score reflects this.

Very nice little cottage With nice views under floor Heating was amazing The beds were very comfortable I wasn’t too keen on the curtain on the second bedroom and I couldn’t get the log burner door to shut properly as I think the catch was bent apart from that a very enjoyable stay
