Quay House is part of the Seashore development, a luxury conversion of a large Victorian house. This exclusive location has its own steps down to the beach as well as two allocated parking spaces. There are two steps up to the front door as well as a ramp.
A welcome pack including tea, coffee and a bottle of wine is provided for guests on arrival.
Newquay town centre and harbour is a 15 to 20 minute walk along the scenic coastal path from Porth Beach.

Just returned from a fabulous stay with Blue Chip Holidays in Quay House Newquay. The property was everything we could have asked for with two young children; Perfect location next to the beach, clean, tidy, cosy during winter and with some delightful touches thrown in for good measure (I will leave you to find out what those are!) A couple of very minor issues were dealt with immediately by the team - all of whom could not have been more helpful. We loved it so much, we have already booked to come back during the summer. I have many happy memories of visiting the same location in Cornwall throughout my childhood and I believe I have now found somewhere to invoke similar memories in my own children.

We had a lovely week in this lovely, recently refurbished property. Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed and extras we were not expecting i.e. video child monitor that came to good use. Perfect for on the doorstop beach and short walks to Newquay and surrounding beaches Tolcarne, Lusty Glaze, Towan & Fistral. Also great position for exploring the local area (Watergate Bay, Mawgan Porth & Padstow) and a little further afield (St Ives, Carbis Bay, Truro, Mevagissey, Charlestown & Fowey).
