About this property

Superbly located for both beach and coastal walking holidays, this beautifully furnished second floor apartment, in one of Perranporth's oldest and most iconic buildings, offers spectacular views across Perranporth's wonderful 3 mile long beach as well as far reaching views over the village and the sand dunes beyond. Perranporth is also recognised as being one of North Cornwall's finest surfing beaches. Access to the apartment is via a spiral staircase which would not be

suitable for children under 10 or those with limited mobility. Spiral View is part of the family home that belongs to professional

seascape and landscape artist Laurence Dingley, whose wonderful artwork adorn the walls in every room. The open plan living room with the kitchen and a comfortable seating area enjoy tremendous sea views, before leading into a wonderfully unique turret room for sunny breakfasts, or cosy evening dining , again with far reaching views across the beach and the sand dunes. There are two elegantly dressed bedrooms here, both of which benefit from modern en suite facilities with power showers. The twin bedroom offers zip and link beds which on request can be made into a superking bed ,making this ideal for two couples. There is a small decked patio area outside where you can enjoy a drink as the sun goes down, and guests are also welcome to enjoy the morning sunshine on the large patio at the front of the property. With one of the finest beaches in Cornwall just a few minutes walk away

and endless coastal and cliff walks on the doorstep, means you are

ideally placed to make the most of this breathtakingly beautiful part

of Cornwall, at any time of year. Spiral view is ideally situated for those attending Tunes on the dunes.

The Cornish coastal town of Perranporth offers a number of traditional pubs and shops, plus a classic bucket-and-spade beach which is lifeguarded in summer, overlooked by craggy rocks and a wonderful coastal path. The local Blue Hills Museum and Perranzabuloe Folk Museum are both well worth a visit to understand the history of this coastal area.
