With glorious views from the three private balconies, this ground-floor apartment boasts spacious and stylish living for up to six guests and has the advantage of on-site private parking and is just footsteps away from the miles of golden sand. Perranporth is home to a huge range of outdoor activities, the fantastic South West Coast Path leads off in both directions and there is a wonderful choice of local restaurants and cafes all within walking distance.

Pets: 2 pets allowed - £25 per pet per week - please let us know at the time of booking and we will contact you for payment.
Parking: Allocated Parking (space no. 16) for 1 car provided in communal parking area. There is a permit in the property that will need to be displayed in the car within 15 minutes of arrival after which the parking company can issue a PCN. Please remember to return the permit prior to your departure for the next visitor.

Open the door to the apartment! BIGGEST WOW from both of us- the view after 15 minutes stood on the balcony we realised we hadn’t explored our accommodation. Apartment was all we had hoped for comfy bed, comfy sofas, equipment top drawer, the ease to the beach through the gate perfect, the outdoor shower to wash off sand brilliant and the ground floor secure storage for boards and beach stuff ideal. Being able to use the key box when all you want to take on the beach is your boards is just fantastic. I’m a little reluctant to write such a good review as I would like it to be available at least one week in the year.

Amazing property in prime location. The best place we have stayed in so far. We are super fussy about cleanliness and the property was very clean and beautifully presented. Very spacious and well equipped with fantastic views. Our little doggies loved being so close to the beach and we are so grateful you accept dogs in the property. We will return!
