The private lawned garden with patio (table/chairs), perfect for breakfast or an evening drink, is accessed by a short (50 yards) footpath beside the cottage. Shed for bicycles/surfboards.
Entrance porch for wellies/wet coats; open-plan living/dining/kitchen (washer-drier, microwave) with woodburner, TV/DVD and iPod dock. Steepish stairs (fridge-freezer, no stairgate) up to two bedrooms – a pretty double (TV), and one with a single bed with 2’6" cabin bed above; modern bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Best for maximum of 3 adults. An unspoilt, cosy little cottage in a pretty village setting.
