The cottage is steeped in history, built around 1870 and built for the use of the coastguard. Numbers 12 and 13 Upper Church park were for the officers, whilst number 14 was for the captain. The garden of this lovely holiday cottage was used by the coastguard as the parade ground for all involved.

Master Bedroom: King sized bed, along with drawer space and views over the garden.

Bedroom 2: Single bed with bedside furniture and drawer space.

Bedroom 3: Single bed with bedside furniture and drawer space.

Bathroom: Fully-tiled bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and wash hand basin.

External: The cottage has a fully landscaped garden with garden furniture and off road parking for 2 small cars. There are 12 steps from the gate to the main entrance.

**Please note the owner has begun works on an extension to the side of the house. This is currently at ground level and does not affect the remainder of the cottage, and has been fully enclosed by the owners.**
