Front door from the tiny ‘no through road’ lane to hall; cosy living room (TV/DVD) dominated by a fun mural (scene of Mousehole’s past) and good pictures; on the same floor, a single bedroom. Stairs (stairgate) down to large fitted kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, fridge-freezer, TV/DVD); bathroom (suite, shower over bath); loo; and back door to lane. From the hall, steep stairs (stairgate) up to two more bedrooms with window seats – a double (5’ bed), and one with two singles, washbasin and view of the sea over rooftops. Sleeps maximum of 5, including babies. Loading and unloading outside only; car park, 100 yards. A quirky little cottage, excellent for exploring Mousehole and west Cornwall.
