At the back of the cottage, accessed from the road, a small patio area (tables/chairs). Parking for one small car in garage (washing machine, tumble drier, freezer); car park,1 minute walk.
Large, stylish living/dining room with woodburner, leather sofas, TV/DVD and dining table/chairs seating 6. Low lintel (5’6”) to fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave). Loo (washbasin). Open tread stairs (handrail) up to three bedrooms – a double (5’ bed), and two singles (one with pull-out truckle bed). Bathroom (suite plus bath-shower). Arrival after 4pm. A truly delightful, traditional cottage right in the heart of the village and within walking distance of the beach.

"Helpful Holidays lives up to its name, without a doubt. The online side is easy, the telephone staff are efficient, helpful and the right level of friendly (don't over egg it like some banks etc). The properties are fantastic - well maintained, located and even nicer than they appear in the brochure. I have recommended HH to several people, will continue to do so and will be back in 2016. "The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. We selected to stay in Mousehole after an awful lot of to-ing and fro-ing - I could happily have stayed at each and every property available - and had to make various alterations to both the dates and our length of stay. Helpful Holidays lived up to their name, courteous, friendly, professional and helpful every time. Helen, who looks after the cottage, left us a cream tea as a welcome which was an unexpected and fantastic bonus. The cottage is beautiful; comfortable, great location, spacious, nicely appointed with all the facilities needed and more. Sadly we weren't there long enough to use the wood burner - next time! I am happily recommending Helpful Holidays to, well, everyone and I will definitely use them again. The supertough decision is going to be, do I go back to Mousehole or do I try another of their fabulous locations. Well done, HH, and thank you :-)"
