St Clements House sleeps 6 and is a 3-storey refurbished Grade II listed property in the centre of Mousehole, retaining many of its original Georgian features, including the staircase and ornamental fireplaces in the bedrooms.  

This property has a 'secret passageway', just below the house, between the old cottages with a doorway leading onto the harbourside.  An ideal shortcut to the beach or if you just want to sneak out to do some retail therapy, soak up the local culture by visiting the nearby galleries, restaurants or smuggle back some Cornish treats.
lower ground floor:

Kitchen/diner: Electric range cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, underfloor heating.
ground floor:

Lounge: Woodburner, TV, DVD player

Bedroom 1: King bed (6’), 2 bedside tables, chest of drawers.

first floor:

Bedroom 2: Double bed (4’6”), 2 bedside tables, sea views

Bedroom 3: Twin beds (3’), 2 bedside tables.

Bathroom: Bath with shower over, basin, w.c. Underfloor heating, sea views.

garden & parking: Outside patio with seating, BBQ, outside w.c.  Useful hose for rinsing off wet suits.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Power and Heat: Electricity and oil-fired heating included in rent, woodburner in lounge – initial supply of wood provided, underfloor heating in kitchen/diner and bathroom.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).

Baby Equipment: Cot and high chair at the property, available on request. 

Coast: 0.1 mls. Shop: 0.2 mls. Pub: 0.2 mls.
