Song of the Sea sleeps 6, is located on the edge of the promenade and overlooks the large art deco open-air swimming baths of Penzance, with stunning sea and coastal views. A 10 minute walk from Penzance bus and railway station and only 20 yards away from the seafront.
Located close to the harbour, you can enjoy water-based activities from fishing trips, diving opportunities to day trips by boat to the beautiful Isle of Scilly. On the harbour front is The Dolphin Tavern alleged to be one of the most haunted pubs in Cornwall - it provides fine food, ales (and spirits!)

Open plan living and dining area: Pebble style fireplace, large flat screen digital hdtv with Xbox 360, DVD player, with sea views and views of Art Deco lido.

Kitchen: Well-equipped including – oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer.
first floor:
Bedroom 1: King-size bed (5’), window seat, flat screen TV/DVD combi, bedside table & lamp, wardrobe & drawers, easy chair, with sea views including Mounts Bay, the lido and St Michael’s Mount.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’), bedside table and lamp, wardrobe, with sea views including lido.
Bedroom 3: Bunk beds (3’), wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Bathroom: Bath with shower over, basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.
garden & parking: A spacious wooden decked courtyard enjoying a good deal of morning and afternoon sun, large picnic style table and BBQ. To the front of the cottage is unrestricted street parking. Alternatively, there is a car park 50 yards from the cottage.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in rent, pebble style fireplace.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Travel cot (please provide own bedding) and high chair available on request.
Coast: 0.1 mls. Shop: 0.2 mls. Pub: 0.2 mls.
notes: No smoking within the cottage (a butt bin is provided in garden). No pets. WiFi provided.
