Praa Sands Beach House holds an excellent spot in the popular, family-friendly resort of Praa Sands which boasts a beautiful sandy beach. The property makes a fantastic base for those wishing to explore this wonderful area of Cornwall, younger visitors will love searching for pirates in Penzance, just twenty minutes away while adults will enjoy the gorgeous seafood which can be found in the nearby town of Porthleven.

The beautifully designed beach house boasts clean and contemporary interiors and furnishings, comfortably sleeping up to eleven guests across four spacious bedrooms. On the ground floor is the main living accommodation, this consists of an open lounge/ diner and state of the art kitchen which comes complete with all that you could wish for and more in terms of cooking amenities for a more than comfortable stay. There is a separate cosy TV room with Xbox, fantastic for keeping the children entertained in the evenings after a long day spent on the beach! Upstairs, are three king-size double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom facilities. The final bedroom consists of two sets of bunk beds, accommodating up to five guests and also has its own en-suite bathroom, this makes a great fun room for the children.

Outside, dine al fresco after cooking up a storm on the barbecue while admiring the impressive sea views or choose to spend an evening soaking up the tranquil surroundings in the hot tub while enjoying a cool glass of wine. Younger visitors and big kids alike will enjoy the trampoline, slide and ping pong table!

The beach house has a fantastic location in the popular resort of Praa Sands, with it's beautiful white sand beach and friendly cafe, it is a great place to call home while in Cornwall. Popular Penzance, is less than 20 minutes away, younger visitors will explore hunting for pirates, while the adults will enjoy the wide range of excellent restaurants. Be sure to visit the impressive St Michael's Mount, just fifteen minutes away and a fantastic day out for the whole family!
