About this property

Experience - The Area...

With panoramic sea views across Mounts Bay through a huge Gothic window, this split-level ground floor Regency style apartment is one of four converted from the original 19th century Bell Tower, standing to one side of the oldest street in the attractive seaside town of Penzance.

Set at the seaward end of this old fashioned street, with a couple of nautical pubs steeped in history just a short stroll away, the town of Penzance has an extensive range of shops and restaurants close by as well as being the rail terminus for the West.

The nearby promenade in Penzance stretches along the shoreline from the busy harbour around to the fishing village of Newlyn providing a lovely 1.5 mile level walk and onwards to Mousehole, and there are daily ferry services nearby operating to the Isles of Scilly.

Cornwalls celebrated art deco lido on Penzances promenade is the perfect place for all ages to swim safely in fresh salt water.

Stay - The Accommodation...

Fully renovated to provide warm and comfortable accommodation, yet retaining the period charm and character, the property is entered through a glazed front door set beneath a stone archway which leads directly into the open plan living room and a galleried hallway.

At the far end of the hall is a neatly fitted modern kitchen area with a terracotta tiled floor, and an adjacent doorway opening to a double bedded room with built-in furniture and a small en-suite shower room W.C. with hand basin.

From the raised hallway, three steps lead down to an attractive living room with the elevated ceiling complemented by soft wall uplighting. The very comfortable seating area enjoys magnificent views across the harbour out over the bay through a high gothic picture window framed with floor length swag curtains.

The apartment is fronted by a bench seat where you can delight in all the sights and sounds of the sea and harbour with views of St Michaels Mount, and there is one designated car space in the adjoining parking area.

Don't forget...

- Bed linen is available at £10 per double payable on arrival
- Towels are not available
- This property welcomes one small dog only

I had a great time at Tittle Tattle, stunning views and very comfortable “home from home” apartment. Great location and friendly locals. Would highly recommend and stay here again. Excellent value for money.

Lovely apartment, especially when our English weather is very cold, it is nice and warm. Close to lovely pubs for evening meal, also very near to port to get a ferry to Isles of Scilly.
