About this property

… in Penzance, 100 yards back from the ‘prom’ and round the corner from a good food pub, a semi-detached 200-year-old cottage tucked into a residential area. All has been completely renovated over the past few years, most rooms have wood floors (rugs). Tiny walled garden to the front and an enclosed high-walled, sunny courtyard (table/chairs) at the back.

Hall with original tiled floor; little living room with open fire and TV/DVD; surprisingly roomy dining room with new slate floor, woodburner and two little fireside rocking chairs; 5’6” lintel to galley kitchen (microwave, larder fridge) with stable doors to courtyard; washer-drier in courtyard shed. From hall, stairs up to two spacious bedrooms – a double, and one with a single and day bed; bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Parking possible outside, but not guaranteed. Convenient for walking everywhere and do-able without a car.
