Excellent location for easy access to the town centre. Very well equipped, especially for cooking and dining. Good for families and welcoming for dogs.

We stayed as 2 couples with a dog and were very impressed with the quality of the furniture, fixings, bedding and equipment available. We enjoyed early evenings in the top of the house with views over the estuary. Evenings we enjoyed playing games around the kitchen table. On the doorstep is a great choice of pubs and restaurants but we particularly enjoyed the Harbour Inn with Live music on Thursdays and Sundays. We experienced a small drainage problem which was sorted immediately for us. Everything was really fabulous. 2 families would love it.

The property was perfect in almost every way and the 7 of us, and dogs, had a wonderfully comfortable stay. Everything, and more, that we needed was there, the Christmas decorations were tasteful and pretty, and we settled in immediately. I would recommend 12 New Street to anyone and hope to book again in the future.
