S43021 is a charming 3* gold cottage with a pretty enclosed patio garden, built in the grounds of the old school and only 2 minutes' walk from Padstow harbour.
This charming modern terraced cottage, built in the grounds of the old school, is really handy for the town, being only 2 minutes' walk to the picturesque harbour. S43021 is located backing onto the road down into the town and has a sweet little garden to the front and patio garden to the rear to take advantage of the sun at all times of the day and also has the benefit of a designated parking space. Padstow is a largely unspoilt fishing town made famous by Rick Stein's 'Taste of the Sea' programmes. In fact it has been a favourite destination for many years of those who enjoy the water sports available in the estuary, the seafood restaurants and the beautiful rugged coastline, with its many superb sandy beaches only a mile or two down the road.

Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), chest of drawers, wardrobe, 2 chairs.

garden & parking: Rear enclosed patio garden, garden furniture, paved front garden. The front of the house overlooks a communal garden and is in a quiet location. Designated parking for one car; additional space may be available; otherwise car park within 200 yards.
Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 11:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2, £30 per pet per week plus £50 security deposit per booking. Information about bringing your pet.
Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent; gas c.h. and hot water.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired - see hire page.
