A fantastic place to stay, plenty of living space for 5 adults. The location is superb, close to the harbour with many nice pubs and restaurants, beautiful walks around the headland and along the Camel Trail. Short hop away from Rock via the ferry. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had an incredible week at Primrose House, the location is perfect and the house itself is beautiful. I almost don’t want to recommend it through fear we’ll never be able to book again!

We have come to Primrose House several times. It suits our family perfectly with different generations having sufficient space and amenities. Parking is a huge bonus too.
