S42935 is a beautifully furnished 4* cottage with a lovely little patio area, tucked away in a quiet cul de sac about 7 minutes' walk from Padstow harbour.
Tucked away at the end of a quiet cul de sac is this cosy centre terraced modern cottage. Decorated in restful colours of blues and greens, with a smart new kitchen and chunky painted pine furniture in the bedrooms, S42935 is sure to please. This comfortable family friendly cottage is ideal for a break with or without the children; it has an (all-important!) parking space, a patio garden to the rear and a shed big enough to store your surf boards. A short walk takes you down into the picturesque town of Padstow with a beautiful unspoilt harbour, galleries and restaurants so no need to eat in at all if you don't fancy cooking. Just a short drive down the coast are a number of lovely sandy beaches and the coastal walk is a favourite for the views and wildlife.
Lounge/Diner: Smart TV, DVD player, Bluetooth iPod dock.
Kitchen: Built in electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, (tumble dryer in shed outside).
Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed (5'), 2 x chest of drawers, wardrobe, hair dryer.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), wardrobe.
Bathroom: Bath with thermostatic shower over bath, basin, w.c.
garden & parking: Small shrub bed to front. Parking for one car. To the rear is a small enclosed garden with patio, patio table and 4 chairs, barbecue, large shed with tumble dryer.
Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent; gas c.h./hot water.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Travel cot (linen not included), high chair; other equipment may be hired - see hire page.
