Thirty yards of passageway lead to the centre of shops, pubs, restaurants, cafés; harbour, 150 yards.  Big lawned garden to the front (patio, little shaded raised deck, table/chairs), enclosed save for the gated passageway leading to town.  

Patio doors from garden to lovely spacious open-plan sunlight-filled ground-floor, comprising conservatory/dining room/kitchen (slim-line dishwasher, microwave, big fridge, gas hob, electric oven) and living room with TV/DVD and fireplace (‘living flame’ gas fire), all looking south to the garden. Loading and unloading on quiet road via 40 yard sloping path. Free road parking possible, but not guaranteed. Car park, 300 yards.
