South-facing, newly refurbished living room, looking to gravelled patio area, with big bay windows letting in lots of light, TV/DVD/video. Downstairs loo. Stable doors and 5 steps down to the garden. Stairs up to the first floor and two bedrooms – both double, one with glimpses of the Camel estuary across slate rooftops; big bathroom (suite with separate shower); more stairs up to second floor with two more bedrooms – a twin (footboards) with long, pretty views, and one with two singles; shower-room (suite). Arrival after 4pm. A lovely family house, hugely convenient for shops, cafés, restaurants and away from the bustle.
