A focal electric fire compliments the night storage heating.

The staircase leads upstairs from the lounge to the three bedrooms and family bathroom WC. Straight in front of you at the top of the stairs is the spacious treble bedroom which looks over the lane and comprises of a double and single bed. Immediately to the right at the top of the stairs is the family bathroom WC with bath and wash hand basin. Next to it is a good size single bedroom which overlooks the garden at the front and the third bedroom is a well-appointed double with views again over the garden.
