Rooke Cottages is conveniently located just on the edge of the quaint village of Chapel Amble where the very popular Maltsters Arms pub and restaurant can be found.

The bustling town of Wadebridge is a ten minute drive from Rooke Cottages and where you will find access onto the famous Camel bicycle trail as well as a selection of independent, quality shops and restaurants. Three supermarkets are located in Wadebridge along with the normal high street banks and Post Office.

The popular surfing and family sandy beach at Polzeath is just 6 miles by car from Rooke Cottages with the picturesque village of Port Isaac just 3 miles by car.

Stay - The Accommodation...

This delightful cottage is all on one level and has a truly Mediterranean feel. Glazed doors in lovely rooms can be opened up for you to enjoy the flora and fauna of the private garden.

Jasmine benefits from having the entire accommodation all on one level with the contemporary open plan living, kitchen and dining space light and airy. The feature wood burner compliments the property providing that 'cosy' feel during the autumn and winter months.

The two bedrooms comprise of a double bedroom with super king size bed and a twin. Both bedrooms have the added bonus of having their own en suite. The en suite belonging to the double bedroom is bath with overhead shower and a shower en suite to the twin bedroom.

Outside, the property has a pretty, partially enclosed and very private garden with furniture and ample car parking.
