Seaspray is a spacious, second floor apartment offering a light and airy open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Three sets of bi-folding doors open out to a large balcony with far reaching sea views. Externally, the property benefits from an allocated parking space within the development.
Fistral Beach is close by and offers some of the best surfing conditions in the world. The international surf centre offers professional tuition to ensure that beginners are catered for and will be standing on their boards in no time. The family friendly beach at Tolcarne is within easy walking distance, with surf board and wetsuit hire, tuition, beach huts and loungers, as well as The Breaks Café on the edge of the sandy beach.
Newquay is home to a selection of family friendly attractions such as Newquay Zoo, the Blue Reef Aquarium and Buccaneer Bay. If you are looking for an adrenaline rush then a visit to the Lusty Glaze Adventure Centre, just a short walk away, is a must. Activities on offer include rock climbing, abseiling and coasteering. The shops at Chester Road are a five minute walk away and offer banks, a post office, pharmacy and food stores.

Mulligan
Just returned from a wonderful week at Seaspray. The apartment is spacious, warm, very well equipped and extremely comfortable. Even in mid February we managed breakfast on the balcony one morning and the views across Newquay Bay were beautiful, including some lovely sunsets. Lovely welcoming touches were the vase of fresh flowers on the table and milk in the fridge, along with coffee, teabags and sugar so we could have a hot drink on arrival after a very long and difficult journey down in horrendous weather conditions. We had a slight blip with no hot water on our first day there but a phone call to Alice, the local rep, and the problem was sorted in no time. These glitches can happen in any property but the way in which it was handled could not be faulted and I should like to say a special thank you to Alice for her warmth, friendliness and efficiency. All four of us are agreed that we shall definitely be booking another holiday at Seaspray in the future, and will be happy to recommend your company to other family and friends.

Not even the building works next door could ruin the gorgeous views from the apartment. Perfectly placed for a couple of lovely beaches, Tolcarne & Lusty Glaze with Fistral only a short drive away. The apartment itself had plenty of space for 2 small boys to run around in and we loved the funky seaside decor/feel.

We have previously rented many Blue chip holiday apartments in Newquay as quality and location are very important to our well earned breaks. For this holiday we required three bedrooms so this newly listed apartment was chosen. Seaspray is definitely the nicest apartment we have rented in Newquay. The bedrooms and living space are truly enormous. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather all week so the bi-fold doors came into their own by allowing us to open up the entire side of the living room /diner. So all in all.Fab Fab Fab. We would certainly stay at Seaspray again.
