Sailor's Rest in Newquay is highly praised for its stunning harbour and beach views, cosy and homely interior, and prime location within walking distance to local amenities. Guests appreciate the property's cleanliness, comfortable beds, and the convenience of having shops and beaches nearby. The upside-down layout maximises the scenic views, and the property is well-equipped for family holidays. Some guests mention steep steps and parking considerations, but these do not detract from the overall positive experience.

It's main draw is the beautiful view of the harbour and beach from the lounge, stairs, bathroom and main bedroom. We kept saying 'what a view!' The kitchen is extremely well equipped for cooking at home and the oven cooked a great birthday cake! The balcony is a great space for chilling with a morning coffee. The decor is creative and the home is very warm and comfortable; a real home from home. Great location for visiting Newquay and we couldn't have asked for more. From a very happy family who will be back.

It’s comfortable, clean & homely. We really feel at home there & the views & location are perfect for us & what we like to do when on holiday. Only a couple of small bits I would like to see in the home which includes perhaps a shelf in the main bathroom to put wash bits on when having a bath & maybe some extra cleaning products such as antibacterial wipes & some bleach to keep toilets clean throughout the week. Other than that a lovely stay again.

There were eight of us this time, plenty of room for everyone. Perfect location for shops, beach, pubs everything. Lovely and clean. Already looking to book next year.
