Chy-an-Brae is Cornish for house on the hill, as the property is located in one of Newquay’s prime locations, Marcus Hill. The property is a six bedroom house set over three floors.

The location is ideal as it is central to Newquay town centre and beaches. Within walking distance there are an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars, and many attractions including Newquay Zoo, The Lighthouse Cinema, The Blue Reef Aquarium and Buccaneer Bay, a journey through old Cornwall’s coves and lanes complete with Pirates!

The property is furnished to a high standard throughout and features great extras such as surf board storage and especially welcomes families. It provides a highchair and a travel cot plus stair gates, board games, a pool table, and buckets and spades.
