We were lucky to have good weather however we were unable to sit out in the garden as all the furniture was filthy and needed a good clean in general, which was disappointing. Also there were loads of cobwebs in the property which made us think it hadn't had a good clean.

The house was even better than the pictures. It is in a great location with the beach about a 12-15 min walk and pubs, shop and restaurant 5 min walk. Lovely village. I can imagine it being really cosy in the winter with the beautiful log fire. Our only slight criticism was that the locks were broke on both bathroom doors and there are small patches of mould in a couple of places. Other than that it was a great place to stay. We would definitely come back.

However, living area was tiny and too dark even with lights on ( photo was misleading). Hot water problem was efficiently dealt with. Thanks. Duvets too thick for the summer (except front bedroom). Summerhouse and outside furniture didn’t appear to have been cleaned. Parking fine for small cars, we had 2 large SUVs.
