Lovely seaside villa close to both Porth Beach and Lusty Glaze Beach in Newquay. Set amidst a small group of similar properties on a private headland with lots to do on your doorstep.

A reverse-level, two bedroomed seaside house close to the sandy beaches of Porth and Lusty Glaze at Newquay. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this holiday cottage is perfect for a family or couples and your pet can come too! The upstairs living area benefits from some sea views and an open-plan style with plenty of room for all. A well-equipped kitchen for dining in or there's plenty of choice of great restaurants locally in Newquay.

Bed linen & Towels: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).

Accessibility: Reverse-level house with two short staircases (8 steps max each). Wooden flooring throughout.

Kitchen & Utilities: Gas oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining table and chairs for 4.

Nearest beach: 0.25 miles. 

Nearest amenities: 0.5 miles.

Outdoors: Enclosed decked terrace at ground floor level accessed from the main bedroom and balcony reached from living area with sea views.

Parking: Allocated parking for 1 car in communal car park.

Family facilities: Not provided

Pets: 3+ dogs allowed at £25 per pet per week.

General: WiFi included, Electricity and gas included in rent, gas central heating. Heated towel rails in bathrooms. 

Important notes: No smoking. 

Changeover time: 3pm arrival - 10am departure.
