The cottage is simply presented, without frills and has been enjoyed by its owners for many years as a relaxing seaside retreat.

Open-plan living/dining/kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, small freezer, larder fridge, electric oven) with flame-effect electric fire, TV/DVD, iPod dock and door to courtyard. Stairs up to first floor and two bedrooms – a double, and a small single (limited clothes-hanging space); bathroom (suite, shower over bath). More stairs up to top floor and a spacious twin with sloping ceiling and light streaming in from dual aspect windows. A handy base for sailing, coastal walking and enjoying many local events and regattas.

"As above the cottage was lovely and the owners had thought of everything there were games books crabbing lines bucket and spades for children they had thought of everything and a visit to trebah gardens is a must a lovely holiday."

"Cottage was very well equipped and good value for money, no problems parking. Good location for all places of interest and supermarkets within 15 min car journey. Pub and local shop 2 min walk, ferry to Falmouth every 30 min at £2.50, great walks along the river."
