Tamar is in Portmellon, a small hamlet which has a little cove and The Rising Sun pub, and due to its elevated position, has amazing views of St Austell Bay. Outside, there is a patio area with sea views which is accessed via French doors from the master bedroom, well-established rear gardens with countryside and sea views from seating area, a Hothouse complete with tropical plants, plenty of parking and a large integral garage.

The sea views were lovely and the close proximity to everything we needed (walking, restaurants, fishing villages and shopping) was ideal. The garden was a delight to discover the pond, waterfall and lovely shrubbery. We had a lovely time there. Thank you.
