...facilities in the accommodation and close to local amenities including bars and restaurants. First time we've stayed in a holiday let having previously owned a camper and caravan, but I'd definitely recommend this type of holiday. Good value in comparison to a static caravan. ...booking process was easy and efficient. Communication was also good. The accommodation was very good. It was a spacious apartment with everything we needed, including a very welcome Cornish cream tea waiting for us on arrival. The view was lovely, overlooking the harbour. Although the hill leading to Lower Deck was very steep and narrow, we eventually learned how to dodge the 2-way traffic, and were on the quayside in a matter of minutes, which was handy for shops and restaurants. Mevagissey itself was a convenient location to explore other parts of Cornwall. The key box in the parking space was not easy to open, and, having been advised by the owner of The Moorings, above Lower Deck, to post them through her letterbox when we left, which we did, the property manager rang two days later to see where the keys were. Apart from that, it was a very enjoyable week and we would have no hesitation in recommending it. Submitted by Anne on 20/05/2016

...made the whole thing simple and easy from the start. The property, Lower Deck, was excellently maintained, very clean and well apportioned and my wife and I felt immediately 'at home' - This is definitely on our repeat list. Submitted by Michael on 13/05/2016
