There are two bedrooms, a double with en-suite facilities and a twin together with a further bathroom. Just a few minutes walk from the apartment will take you down to the beautiful and sheltered Maenporth beach recommended by the good beach guide for the water quality, perfect for children with shallow waters but also sea kayaking and scuba diving are available for the adventurous. You will have free unlimited access to the superb facilities on the estate, the childrens play area, the all weather tennis courts and for a rainy day the leisure centre with the indoor pool, sauna and spa bath to keep everybody happy. When it comes to dining out you are spoilt for choice with so many good restaurants in nearby Falmouth and one of Cornwall's finest eateries, the award winning Cove restaurant and bar overlooking the beach and on the estate itself, literally a couple of minutes walk away.
