Two bedrooms beckon, a king and a super-king (twin beds on request) both with TV’s. There are two bathrooms, the first an en-suite with stand-alone bath tub and walk in shower, the second with bath and shower over, giving plenty of choice for a luxurious recline or rainhead soak to wash away sandy toes. The large gravel area has a driveway with ample parking, and lawn and paved patio leading of the french doors from the lounge with garden furniture, all set against an attractive rural backdrop – perfect for family, friends and couples to rest and play. Venture into the small village of Mawnan Smith, where you will find a charming pub and also within short drive is a further public house overlooking the beautiful Helford River, complete with overlooking views of the water and a wealth of shops for picking up any essentials. A popular attraction within the area is the picturesque subtropical gardens of Glendurgan and Trebah, each providing a wonderful family day out. If you are feeling active, head to the Helford River where you can try out one of the many watersports on offer. Falmouth resort, with its deep water harbour, choice of beaches, beach cafés, restaurants, National Maritime Museum, galleries, bars and pubs all offer plenty to see and do. Fishing trips, kayak hire, pleasure boating to scenic St Mawes, swimming and visiting historical Pendennis Castle will ensure many fun filled days.
