… 1¼ miles from Manaccan, wonderfully tucked away on a 240 acre dairy farm, a handsome detached house with Georgian origins. The accommodation is a self-contained part of the family home. You are welcome to watch the milking activities. To one side, an enclosed garden (table/chairs, barbecue) and, at the back across a yard, a simple but very large first-floor games barn with lots of toys, table tennis, air hockey and table football. For the walker, footpaths to the Helford River and creeks and local pub (but remember a torch!). Plenty of parking for cars and boats.
From yard, door to open-plan living/dining/fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave) with woodburner, TV/DVD and lovely long rural views; hall to little conservatory with chairs; from the kitchen, open tread stairs (stairgates) up to two bedrooms – a double with lovely views, and a bunk room (3' beds) with washbasin; smart shower-room (suite).
From 4 July to 29 August the accommodation is extended (Ref. T8a) to provide two more first-floor bedrooms – a double, and a twin (zip-linkable to 6' double), plus big bathroom (suite with separate shower) to accommodate up to eight people at price band KK, and an additional living room with open fire, TV/DVD and sliding glazed doors to patio.

"This is a really lovely place,the cottage was spotless and had everything you could need for a comfortable holiday.If you like the countryside,wildlife and the idea of being on the Farm this is for you.Loads of cows then there's the pigs!The drive up the lane you will see the Buzzards perched on the telegraph poles.Say 20 mins from beautiful Kynance cove,30 mins the Lizard and Charming Coverack.Not forgetting just sitting up in the Bed when you wake, and looking at rolling countryside.For the Geeks the technology used to monitor the cows is amazing.Ask Mrs Jenkins shes a very busy lady and very nice."
