Had a lovely Christmas at Dowr Penty. My husband and I stayed here many years ago and the improvements that have been made were lovely especially the kitchen bathroom and now the extra shower room which is much better for four/five guests.

We have had yet another wonderful stay in this lovely cottage in such a special place. This is the earliest in the year that we have visited, and we have really enjoyed the beautiful hedgerows and woodland at this point in Spring. The weather has been especially kind, with sunny days every day, so we have spent lots of time in the water, on the water, and on the beaches. Have thoroughly enjoyed our favourite walks including the Frenchman’s Creek loop via Kestle Barton, the loop to St. Anthonys (coming back along the coast path), and Durgan to Maenporth loop. We all so treasure our annual trip to Dowr Penty – thank you.
