Spacious and comfortable inside, with own prettily planted slate terrace (table/chairs, barbecue) at the front from which to enjoy the lovely river Tamar views and evening sun.
From road, 2 steps up to terrace; porch (for coats/boots), door to hall; at the front, both with estuary views, roomy living/dining room (15" TV/DVD, iPod dock) and large, pretty double bedroom (6’ linked bed or twin, 15" TV/DVD). Along the hall (5’7” beam), smart bathroom (suite, shower over bath), utility/drying room (washing machine, tumble drier, sink) and small outside space useful for wetsuits/surfboards; fitted kitchen (slimline dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer) with 5’8” arch through to living/dining room. No children, except pre-crawling babies. Spring water. Conveniently on one level, with a lovely homely feel; superb water's-edge location with excellent walking and fishing.
