In front, a tiny sunny garden (table/chairs) - more pedestrians and horse riders pass by than vehicles. A mere 30 yards away is the entrance to Mount Edgcumbe’s 800 acre estate and the Coast Path. Nearest good food/friendly pub, 50 yards; beach, 150 yards.
Inside, every inch a home. Stable doors (5’8” lintel) into sunlight-filled dining room with limestone floor, beams and multi-fuel stove; fitted galley kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave) with handcrafted oak worktops. From dining room, half-turn steepish stairs (stairgates) up to living room (TV/DVD) with oak floor, open fire, comfy sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, and door to ancient back lane. At this level, a dear little single bedroom (5’6” lintel). More steep stairs up to a double bedroom (TV) with long views over the village and coast, plus smart beamed bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Loading/unloading outside; car park, 150 yards. A gem of a cottage.
