Mattresses were not very comfortable, we could feel all the springs, even through the mattress protector. Didn’t spoil our holiday though 

    Perfect caravan, couldn’t fault it!

This is not a 5 star park, ill start with the good points;Staff, all staff we meet were friendly, helpful and couldnt do enough for you.The water pressure is really good on site as well.Towels where included, even though says they are not. The not to good points; The lodges are just caravans covered with plastic fake wood. The curtains offer nothing in means on blocking out the daylight, black out curtains or blinds would be good. The carpets in the caravan had some questionable stains on them. The beds are soooo uncomfty, very thin matress so no good nights sleep at all.The position of our caravan had the hottub facing the main road which was the main route up to another 50 plus pitches so every person that walked passed stopped to stare, not a pleasamt experience. The wooden (plastic) decking which wraps around offers no privacy, perhaps installing some high fence would be useful. We also booked to use the pool on the sunday, to then be called and told it wss closed for maintance on sumday afternoon. It may be wise to do maintainence on check out/ check in days given have to be our by 9am and not allowed to check in until 5pm. As if away friday-monday not been able to use pool on a sunday can ruin a short break, esp when needing an indoor activity due to the rain!
