Situated in the heart of the Cornish countryside, The Pool House at Trefanny Hill offers sublime views and is situated near Looe and Polperro for the perfect getaway for your visit to Cornwall. You will enjoy absolute peace and tranquility in your walled garden and when you need any local amenities they are just a short drive or a picturesque, country walk away. Fantastic locations such as Looe, Fowey, Polperro and Bodmin Moor all also within a short drive.

Beds: 1 x double (4’6”).

Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels provided for free at the property. (Pool towels and flip flops also provided)

Accessibility: There is a sloping path from the parking space down to the property which is uneven in places. The slope is approximately 50 paces. Inside the property there are 2 steps down from the lounge in to the kitchen and 2 steps down from the bedroom in to the bathroom. Otherwise the property is all on one level.

Kitchen and utilities: Fridge/freezer, microwave, small dishwasher, electric over and a large sink area and fully stocked with cooking/dining utensils and tea/coffee making facilities.

Facilities for families: Cot and highchair provided. 

Outside: Private pool and garden area. (Pool is heated from the 1st of May to the 30th of September).

Pets: One pet accepted; £25 per pet per week. 

Parking: Own parking space on St. Mary Manor’s large driveway.

Nearest beach: 2 miles.

Nearest amenities: 2 miles.

Changeover time: Friday changeover - Arrival - 3pm - Departure - 10am 

General: Electricity included, heated towel rail, electric heaters.

Important notes: No smoking. WiFi provided. No short breaks. Sloping path from the parking space (approx 50 paces).

    We have just enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing week at this lovely cottage in a beautiful, peaceful setting. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The heated pool was a real treat and we made full use of it. In fact we spent most of our time sitting by the pool or swimming - no need to do anything else!
