Set within the grounds of the owner's own property in West Looe but completely separate, with your own sun terrace so you can soak up the sun and take in the fabulous views on a beautiful day. This is the perfect coastal escape for a couple at any time of the year.

Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: TV, fabulous sea views, microwave/oven combi, 2 ring electric hob - (there is no separate cooker), refrigerator.

Bedroom: Double bed (4'6''), wall mounted TV, DVD player, built-in wardrobe, hair dryer, large picture window boasting spectacular sea and coastline views.

Shower Room: Electric shower, basin, w.c.

garden & parking: 1 designated parking space. Please state vehicle type when booking so we can ensure you have a larger space if required. Additional free parking along Hannafore seafront around 4 minutes walk away. Patio area with garden furniture, with amazing views.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am

Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; Electric heating throughout, electric heated towel rail.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).

Baby Equipment: Travel cot provided; please order in advance

Shop: 1 ml Pub: 0.5 ml

notes: No smoking, no pets. WiFi provided. Important information about internet usage. Mobile reception varies. Information about mobile phone coverage. Please note there are 12 steps  from the parking area to the front door of the property and 10 steps down to the patio area.
