Cafes, tennis courts and pitch and putt are all close by and The Hannafore Point Hotel is open to non-residents offering leisure facilities and use of the swimming pool (at extra cost). A 10 minute coastal stroll down the hill leads to West Looe from where visitors can cross the bridge, or take a boat taxi, to East Looe with its many independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Miles of glorious coastline in both directions provide plenty of scope for exploration by sea and land. Looe Harbour offers glass bottom boat trips, coastal cruises, speed boat excursions and fishing trips and Aurora is just minutes from the long-distance South West Coast Path. Entry to the property is via a gated side patio which leads into a hallway and spacious lounge/diner complete with window seat, telescope and binoculars to take in the wonderful views. A modern fully-fitted kitchen is also on this floor. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a large picture window and stunning sea and coastline views, a twin bedroom overlooking the garden with a smaller picture window showing the coastline and a family bathroom.  Outside  and accessed by a door from the upstairs landing  there is a lovely tiered rear private garden with decked area and garden furniture, the perfect place to soak up the extensive views. Aurora is not considered suitable for people with mobilitry restriction as there are a number of steps leading to the property and there is a tiered rear garden area. There is also a hill leading down to the harbour and West Looe Quay.
