Spacious and homely, and located in a quiet rural hamlet it provides an ideal base for exploring the nearby coast and beaches, about a 10 minute drive. Padstow and Wadebridge are about 4 miles away each having a good choice of shops and restaurants.

Pets: Maximum 2 pets allowed, £25 per pet per week. House cats also welcome.
General: WiFi included, electricity and oil included in rent; wood-burning stove lounge; oil c.h./hot water (electric immersion back up); electric heated towel rail in bathroom.
Important notes: No smoking, there are steep steps and no fence between the upper garden/patio and the lower patio. Please take care with the elderly and children and ensure young children are supervised at all time.
Changeover time: 4pm arrival - 11am departure.

Second time we have stayed at Forge Cottage we think it is great, retains a sense of character of the owners which gives it a homely feel.

Really nice location and although situated in a hamlet there were no problems in driving out onto main roads. Would definitely like to stay in this cottage again. Lovely area to holiday in.
