Enter the property and be allured by its bright and airy open-plan living area which boasts cosy leather seating and a TV so you can watch your favourite films with the stunning electric woodburner to keep you warm. A stylish breakfast bar separates the seating area and the kitchen, here you can take a seat and perhaps enjoy a board game on a rainy day. Mallards offers three bedrooms; a double and two single rooms. To the outside there is a delightful lawned area where you can sit and enjoy a refreshing drink whilst enjoying your wonderful location. The Rosecraddoc Holiday Village provides a popular pub/restaurant as well as a tennis court at nearby Rosecraddoc Manor. Split by the River Seaton and surrounded in stunning woodland, it is a fine place to base your break. Liskeard, an ancient market town, has everything from a good choice of amenities including a selection of shops and pubs, a market and a museum. Near to here lies the fishing port of Looe with its stunning harbour and beach. For a dose of luscious countryside, the Bodmin Moors are also close to Mallards, making this location one of the best in Cornwall. The market town of Liskeard is at the head of the Looe Valley in Cornwall. The town has a market and a number of shops, pubs and restaurants. Looe is 9 miles away with its beach and harbour. In between there’s fishing and watersports at Siblyback Lake, the Donkey Sanctuary at St Ann's Chapel, National Trusts Cotehele House and gardens, and the golf course at St Mellion International Resort. Head to the Eden Project for a day out with the children. Plymouth, with its Barbican docks area, shops, theatres and restaurants and the National Maritime Museum is 30 minutes by car.
