Most guests found the cottage to be very clean, with only a few mentioning issues such as spiders and dust. The positive remarks on cleanliness far outweigh the negatives, indicating a high standard of cleanliness overall.

The location is highly praised for being a good base to explore Cornwall, with easy access to main roads and attractions. Despite some concerns about the accuracy of the distance to local amenities, the location is generally seen as excellent.

Guests find the cottage comfortable, with a few noting the need for updates to furniture for enhanced comfort. The property is considered well-suited for smaller groups, with some concerns about space for larger parties.
