… ½ mile up from Talland Bay cove, in a deep valley, a development of individually owned houses with use of indoor heated swimming pool (40’ x 20’ x 4’ deep), fitness room, sauna, small natural outdoor plunge pool and café/bar. A few houses have yet to be finished. We let a semi-detached 'upside down' house with splendid long views to the sea. All very 21st cent. with excellent insulation, style and comfort.
Hall with oak floor and room for coats/boots and other paraphernalia; stairs up to large, light, high-ceilinged, open-plan living/dining/fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer) with oak floor, woodburner, TV/DVD, PlayStation, iPod dock and glazed doors to good-sized balcony (table/chairs) and long sea views - great sunsets. Utility room (washing machine, tumble drier). Back downstairs, three bedrooms – two double (5’ beds), one with en suite shower-room (suite), and a bunk room with offset 3' beds. Bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Arrival after 4pm. An excellent house, a few hundred yards from the Coast Path with fantastic walking right from the door.

"We had the first week of our honeymoon at the Sealoft and had a wonderful week. The lodge is equipped to a high standard and very comfortable. Our only concern was some windows and main door did't have curtains for privacy. We are planning to have our first anniversary at the Sealoft next year."

"Excellent, well-equipped and modern property in a great location, with splendid coastal views. Ideal location for exploring the South West Coastal Path, which is nearby and is easy to access directly from the property. Talland Bay is a wonderful, unspoilt place with a couple of cafes which are well worth visiting. The property is part of a recently built holiday complex, which has leisure facilities (swimming pool, gym etc) which are available to residents. Overall a great place for a holiday."
