12 Water's Edge is a stunning wooden clad lodge that sits on the Stonerush Lakes lodge park in Cornwall. The lodge, ideally situated on the lake has a lovely, bright open plan living area, with comfy sofas where you can put your feet up and relax with a good book after dinner. Step outside onto your own private decking area complete with its own area for dogs and a hot tub, perfect for relaxing and winding down. After a long day exploring Cornwall you can look forward to a well-earned rest in your master bedroom with it's very own en suite, complete with two luxury bathrobes. The second bedroom has two twin beds, prepared with fresh cotton sheets to guarantee a good nights sleep. Set at the heart of Stonerush Lakes and within an easy walk of your lodge lies the Old Mill lakeside bar and restaurant offering a charming venue for a delicious meal or a relaxing drink by the wood burning stove or out on the deck overlooking Miller’s Island.The seaside towns of Polperro and Looe are only 6 miles away, perfect for family days out. Overall the impressive interior and peaceful setting make it the perfect place to make memories with your loved ones.
Lanreath is a village in South East Cornwall, five miles west of Looe. The sandy Looe Beach adjoins the pier and is very popular with families because of its safe shallow swimming and vast expanse of sand. Polperro is a little further away and is a historic fishing village nestling at the head of a long valley leading down to the sea.

The weather may have been awful but this lodge was like a home away from home and we enjoyed every minute being able to unwind and relax without any worries. We cannot recommend this lodge enough and cannot wait to come back and stay again soon!

It has everything you need from a great open living space and kitchen to comfortable beds, great sized bathrooms and showers and the bonus of wonderful outside space with hot tub! Our dog loved the decking and garden space which is all enclosed and the privacy of the decking was superb! We cannot wait to come back hopefully next year! The perfect getaway and a great base camp to explore all the beauty of Cornwall!

!! What an amazing place! One of the cleanest places Iâve ever stayed. The pictures on Sykes are brilliant, but itâs even better in real life. I honestly did not want to leave. Possibly the best place Iâve stayed. Thank you sooo much Cheryl
