About this property

A bright and spacious lodge with a private hot tub overlooking the lake

6 Watersedge is a light and airy lodge overlooking a scenic lake at the Stonerush Lakes lodge park. With high quality interiors and secluded surroundings, this truly is a great place to get away from it all.

The lodge is beautiful both inside and out. With a bright open plan living, kitchen and dining area, you will find everything needed to prepare and enjoy a home cooked meal, put your feet up with a good book and even spend those colder winter evenings keeping warm by the log burner. Both the living area and the contemporary bedroom have grand ceiling to floor windows and you can step directly out onto your own decked terrace.

Outside, the terrace has a stunning, uninterrupted view of the lake. Furnished with a table and chairs, this is the perfect spot to share a family meal, relax with a glass of wine or even just enjoy relaxing in the sunshine. If all this isn’t enough to make you feel wonderfully rejuvenated, the lodge even comes with its own private hot tub, also perfectly positioned to take in the beautiful scenery.

Stonerush Lakes lodge park is set in a secluded Cornish valley and is filled with stunning unspoilt nature and local wildlife. The Old Mill Bar and Restaurant is based on site where you can enjoy some of the local area’s finest produce while overlooking the lake.
Please note that this lodge is based on a site that is couple and family orientated. Due to this, the site will require ages for all guests.

Please note that BBQ's, grills and fires of any kind are NOT permitted on-site.

Due to the rural valley location of the property the WiFi connection can be intermittent at times. This also effects phone reception, dependent on your network provider.

We found the location was ideal for visiting other parts of Cornwall. A lot of popular areas were within an hours drive. Our accommodation was really good, and we found it very relaxing and peaceful. We would certainly look at booking another holiday through Blue Chip.

Had a wonderful stay at stonerush lakes. The lodge was well catered for, could have done with a few more drinking mugs, only had 5 so it was a bit of a chore having to keep washing them for the 4 of us. Also could have done with a few coat hooks by the door.. The outside furniture was quite dirty and 'tired' looking so did not sit on the chairs. Overall would definitely recommend blue chip holidays and stonerush lakes and would definitely return.

We have recently come back from a wonderful holiday over the new year period in a Lodge in Stone Rush Lakes Cornwall. The lodge was of exceptional high standard with everything you could possibly ask for. On arrival we were greeted with wine, chocolates, biscuits and a cake to help us celebrate the new year. The lodge also had a Christmas tree decorated with lights and a lovely wood burning fire to top it off. The setting of the lodge on the lake with a wonderful decked area over the lake was outstanding and truly peaceful. There was a lovely Barn on the site that served excellent food and a bar with a very cosy open fire. Staff were amazing, very helpful and cheerful, nothing was too much. We spent New Years Eve in Looe and what a fabulous time with everyone in fancy dress and one of the best fireworks display. My husband and our 13 year old twins loved the place. We have had two holidays here, this one and just over two years ago and I certainly would return. The McClymont family
